Only whitelisted tokens can be traded against USDC or USDT. Listing is a paid technical review by the OTCVault team — it checks the contract, not the value.

Paid to the FeeVault when you submit. Non-refundable, and approval is not guaranteed. One request per token address. Review typically completes within a few business days. Approved tokens appear in the Create-deal token picker immediately.

What we check

    Source verified on Arbiscan or Sourcify; bytecode matches.
  2. 02
    No fee-on-transfer, rebasing or balance-modifying logic.
  3. 03
    No blacklist, freeze or pause functions — or a documented reason for them.
  4. 04
    No symbol collision with USDC/USDT or an already-whitelisted token; no stable-sounding name (USD, EUR, Dollar, Stable…) unless it is a registry stable.
  5. 05
    Proxy status and who holds the admin key (noted, not disqualifying).
  6. 06
    A live DEX market on that chain so counterparties can verify the token exists (≥ $10k liquidity, or a top-300 asset).
