270M TLS for work that gets verified.
27% of the supply is set aside to pay the people who audit, list, integrate, translate, find bugs in and run TrustlessKit. Every task below becomes an escrowed bounty on our own Bounty Board: one assignee, a stake to take it, verification you can read, and payouts that stream through our own Vesting.
Rewards are counts of TLS tokens; nothing here prices them, promises a listing or an outcome. About the token → — what TLS is, why it has value, and the thin official market.

Rules
- Assignment-firstA task is claimed by exactly one assignee through the Bounty Board. Nobody else can submit or be paid on it. No task is owed to anyone until that assignment transaction exists.
- Burn-to-take stakeApplicants post the stake in the table (default 1% of the reward, in the reward token). Returned on delivery; forfeited on quitting, missing the deadline or rejection. Program bounties set burnStake = true: forfeited stakes are burned.
- DeadlinesEvery task carries the default deadline above once assigned; the funder can extend, never shorten. Assigned past the deadline → failed, stake slashed, task re-opens.
- VerificationAuto-oracle for anything an API can prove (listings, referrals). Human verifiers (M-of-N staked, 72h response) for reviews. Community vote via the resolver for roles and appeals. Verifiers cannot verify their own work.
- Paid lockedApproved rewards stream through our own Vesting contract for the lock period in the table (6–12 months, linear, no cliff). Bug bounties ≤ Medium and Low may be liquid.
- SlashingAssignees lose their stake per the board rules. Verifiers who voted for an overturned decision lose part of their 500 USDC registry stake. Sybil, wash or plagiarised submissions forfeit everything, retroactively where possible.
- AppealsAny decision under human verification has a 3-day appeal window to the resolver; a rejected appeal after 30 days stands. Roles and disputed rejections go to community vote once $TLS governance is live.
- CapsEach category has a hard cap. When a cap is reached the category closes for this table version; new caps need a new table version, announced here.
- TransparencyEvery assignment, approval and payout is an on-chain event on the Bounty Board. The ledger below links each row to its bounty page; nothing is paid off-ledger.
- ChangesReward ranges for tasks not yet assigned may change with a new table version. Assigned tasks keep the terms they were posted with — those live in the contract, not here.
How a task moves
- 01ScopedThe program manager turns a row into a brief with acceptance criteria and posts it on the Bounty Board on Base, reward escrowed in TLS, verification mode and stake per the table.
- 02AppliedYou apply on the bounty page with the stake. Unpicked applicants take theirs back any time.
- 03AssignedOne applicant is assigned. The deadline starts; nobody else can be paid on that task.
- 04SubmittedYou submit proof (link, report, hash). The oracle, the verifiers or the resolver decide.
- 05ApprovedThe reward, minus the 1% board fee, streams to you through Vesting for the lock period. Your stake comes back.
- 06LedgerThe row above turns into a link to the bounty page: who was paid, how much, when. That is the public ledger.
Where this fits
- Bounties · 27%
- This table. Escrowed per task on the Bounty Board.
- Points · 20%
- Points convert to TLS at TGE via Merkle claim — see the conversion plan there.
- Staking · 12%
- Streamed to stakers over 36 months — see TLS staking.
- LP mining · 8%
- Pro-rata to liquidity providers of the official pool once it exists. Not a bounty; no application.
Contributor Program terms
- Verified work onlyRewards are paid for work that meets the acceptance criteria of a posted, on-chain bounty and is approved under its verification mode. Discussion, interest or partial work creates no claim.
- Discretionary until assignedThis table is an offer to fund tasks, not a promise to any person. Selection of applicants is at the funder’s discretion until the assignment transaction is on-chain.
- Locked per tableRewards are delivered as a non-cancelable Vesting stream for the period shown. Streams are transferable only where the schedule says so.
- No employmentContributors act as independent parties. Nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship with Joni or any operator. You are responsible for your own taxes and legal compliance.
- EligibilityNot available where receiving TLS or working with us would be unlawful, including sanctioned jurisdictions. Verifiers may ask for proof of authorship.
- No market, no priceTLS has no official market and no liquidity pool yet. Nothing on this page values the token, promises a listing, or suggests an outcome. Reward amounts are counts of tokens, nothing more.
